At ASKMOLS, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at a fair cost.
UK Shipping
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked 24/48): £2.99
- Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery): £10.00
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, and in some cases FedEx, depending on the order type. Tracking numbers will be provided either by email (for website orders) or directly through social platforms (if purchased via Instagram or similar).
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Dispatch Schedule
We operate from a small town and dispatch orders on set days. Please note:
- No dispatch on Sundays or Thursdays
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details and must allow the stated delivery timeframe to pass.
Delays or Missing Orders
If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact us. We will raise a case with Royal Mail or the courier to resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders & Factory Shipments
Some items, such as pre-orders, ship directly from our factory partners. Tracking will be provided, and these items are dispatched directly to you from the factory.
Any custom or original items are shipped by us personally.
